Jinan Hongtu Forging Co., Ltd. is situated in Puji Town, Zhangqiu City, Shandong Province-a region renowned as China's "Hometown of Blacksmiths. " Established in 2004, the company occupies a sprawling facility spanning over 30, 000 square meters. With a workforce of 160 employees, including 12 skilled technicians, we achieve an annual production capacity of 20, 000 metric tons of forged components, generating annual revenues exceeding 100 million RMB. Our vertically integrated operations encompass two forging plants and one precision machining facility, supported by cutting-edge infrastructure.
Our production capabilities are driven by advanced equipment, including two oil-hydraulic presses (1, 600T and 4, 000T), two electro-hydraulic hammers (3T and 5T), and a 3-meter ring rolling machine capable of producing free-forged components up to 2 tons and ring-shaped forgings with diameters under 3 meters. The machining division features over 60 units such as conventional lathes, CNC lathes, vertical lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and planers. The precision workshop houses six CNC gear grinding machines, ten vertical machining centers, and eight heat treatment furnaces (including pit-type, box-type, carburizing, normalizing, tempering, and vacuum models).
Specializing in flat flanges (up to 3 meters in diameter), high-neck flanges, feed/biomass pellet machine components, and custom forged gears, our forgings are widely utilized in petrochemical equipment, engineering machinery, metallurgy, mining, railway systems, and marine applications.
